RULES & REGULATIONS OF
N-E-X-U-S LIVE ACTION GAMES |
1. By booking for any event the attendee agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of N-E-X-U-S Live Action Games. Our decision is final in all disputes.
2. We reserve the right to refuse entry or expel any individual. Your booking fee will not be refunded if you are expelled from an event.
3. Anyone who deliberately breaks the spirit of the rules will be expelled and barred from future events.
4. All weapons must be checked by an official N-E-X-U-S weapons checker at each event before entering the Game Zones. Any items deemed to be unsafe will be stored by us until the end of the event.
5. By attending any N-E-X-U-S event you are agreeing to take part in a full contact sport.
6. N-E-X-U-S will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your person or property at an event. |
7. Don’t take the piss.
8. If you cancel your booking your deposit may or may not be refunded at our discretion; you may transfer your booking to a later event.
9. No person under the age of 16 will be allowed on site once the event has begun.
10. No animals are to be brought on site.
11. N-E-X-U-S may hold your booking details and photograph on computer. We will not pass on any information to any third party in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
12. Additional Site Rules may be in force at each event; these will be provided before time-in.

Important safety Notice:
Everyone’s enjoyment and especially safety should be foremost
in everyone’s mind. While we take all due care to minimise risk
to customers, by booking to attend a
N-E-X-U-S Event, you accept that you will be involved in simulated combat
using Foam Latex and airsoft technologies and that this carries with
it a risk of injury due to bad luck or misuse of equipment. The games
take place often running around at pace, on uneven surfaces and sometimes
in poor light.
By booking to attend any N-E-X-U-S Events players acknowledge
this risk and understand that primary responsibility for their own safety
remains with themselves.

If you are under 18, we require written permission including contact details from a Parent or Guardian to confirm your booking. Please also bring some valid age identification with you to the even. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed to participate at N-E-X-U-S events."
